After his grandfather passed away because of a 心 attack in May, he and his parents decided to 移动 back to Manila. For most of the duration of 2015, my mother and I went on field trips and attended cultural seminars. In June of this year, we visited Vancouver, Canada. We stayed at the Gage Residences, which is located in the 大学 of British Columbia. We explored the campus and city, visited a friend, and even rode the skytrain right up to the last stop. It was yet another fun trip for us. We also went back to Cebu in September. As a pre-birthday treat, my mother bought me tickets to see Rick Astley in 音乐会 when he visited my country. He's my 最喜爱的 singer from the 80's. We had a blast during the concert, and my mother would scream, "Go Rick!" as he goofed around and joked onstage. This 音乐会 made her reminisce about her youth, too. After the concert, we traveled back to Singapore on my birthday, where she attended a Teaching of English as a 秒 Language seminar. We also continued our celebration there.
