Nicholas in High School
On August 2013, I started high school. I had better memories there than in my elementary. One day, however, I got bullied and beat up 由 Jason and his gang again. Thankfully, they got expelled and never came back after that. My 最喜爱的 memories in high school are winning first place in the sports tournament, reciting a poem and a short story during history class, and of course, performing with a band which covered Beatles songs for the prom event. Before that took place, I bought a new guitar, and I practiced playing it every day. This resulted in the band being 给 a standing ovation from the audience. I was the lead guitarist, and they even complemented me on how my 唱歌 voice sounded very much like George, as well as to how I 熊 a strong resemblance to him. These made me smile, and I remained humble 由 telling the teachers that the reason why I performed really well was because of daily practice when they asked me about how the 显示 went. Also, I decided to follow my great-grandfather's footsteps and become a musician myself when I grow up. Thus, I told my parents that I would like to study 音乐 in 伦敦 for my college. They welcomed this with open arms, and I got very excited 由 the fact that this would ultimately be my destiny.

A 日 at Alton Towers
In celebration of my graduation from elementary, my parents and I went to Alton Towers for a 日 of fun and games. We first went to the water park, where we had a blast swimming, snorkeling, and riding the water slides. After that, we proceeded to the theme park. There, we rode the roller coaster, bumper cars, ferris wheel, and the Runaway Mine Train. We also challenged ourselves inside the arcade, and won several great prizes there. Our visit was capped off with the beautiful musical 喷泉 show. It was nothing like I've never seen before. We then left the resort with plenty of smiles all the way home.

An Irish Adventure
A week after my first 日 of school, my parents and I went on a vacation to Ireland to celebrate St. Patrick's 日 and to visit some relatives there. We rode a cruise ship from Albert Dock, which crossed the River Mersey and the Irish Sea before stopping in Dublin. After getting off the ship, my aunt, uncle, and cousin Liam met us outside the pier, and we stayed in their house for the entire trip. The highlights of it were visiting Blarney 城堡 and 接吻 the Stone, shopping in Cork City, and taking lots of 照片 with wacky poses in Giant's Causeway. I even collected shamrocks during our tours and brought them back 首页 with me. In the end, it was a wonderful experience for all of us.

The First 日 of School
The 日 I started school was quite humorous and enjoyable at the same time. I was the unique one among my classmates because of my fair skin, which resulted in some of them wondering if I was a foreigner. The teacher was also amazed 由 my intelligence and how I did well in most of the subjects. I was ahead of my parents during the reviews as well. Once, my mother got surprised when she saw me 阅读 the sentences in the English lessons aloud. She said, "Rosie, 你 already know how to read! I'm so proud of you!" I smiled and winked in return. This made me feel grateful to have the special gift of being a fast learner. I was very friendly to all of my classmates, too. Also, during this time, my fluency in English increased. It truly was a great start for me, and despite getting excellent marks, I remained humble and always thanked my parents and teacher for their help.

Becoming a Beatles Fan
My parents introduced me to the Beatles 由 the time I was a toddler. The first song that I heard from them was "I'm Happy Just to Dance With You", which remains one of my 收藏夹 up to this day. I couldn't help but dance along to the infectious beat. My mother then showed me a 照片 of the band, and I gazed at their sweet faces admiringly for thirty seconds. Soon, I was listening to their other songs, mostly from the early years. I also watched A Hard Day's Night and Help!, to which I couldn't stop laughing. It was officially the moment I became a huge Beatles fan, and thus, even though I was unaware of it at first, was also the start of an exciting journey that I would never forget as I started school.
